Now that you're done with Pre-Flight Setup, let’s look at where everything lives on your dashboard and how to get to each feature.

Follow this walkthrough from top to bottom. It matches the order things appear on your screen when you log in.

Step 1: Top Bar

  • Workspace switcher (top-left, next to the logo) shows the workspace you’re in. Click it to see all your workspaces, switch between them, create a new one, or open Workspace & team and All workspaces.
  • Search anything lets you search across MarketingBlocks. You can also open it with the keyboard shortcut K (Ctrl K)
  • The bell icon shows your notifications.
  • Question mark (?) icon opens help. You can see the Resources, Product Updates, and Join the Facebook Group

Step 2: Left-Hand Menu

The menu lists everything in the order below. Click a section with an arrow to expand it.

  1. AI Assistant opens your chat where you tell Ethan what you want to create, such as a plan, a post or a video.
  2. Content expands to Posts, Post Ideas, Pillars and Angles, and Approvals.
  3. Publishing expands to Calendar, Channel queues, Analytics, Posting Times, and Channels.
  4. Automation expands to Auto Campaigns, Auto Post Boost, and Auto Comment & DM.
  5. Workflows opens your workflows.
  6. Brand expands to Digital Twins, Identity, Voice & Style, Products & offers, and Smart Media.
  7. Recents lists your recent chats. Click More chats to see older ones.
  8. Settings expands to Workspace & team, Preflight Setup, Creation defaults, Assistant memory, and Integrations.

Step 3: Content Overview (center of the page)

This is the page you land on after you log in. It shows today’s date and a summary of your content pipeline.

  • Create content (top-right) is the quickest way to start something new. Click it to see your options.
  • Four status cards track your content from start to finish. Click any card to open that list.
  • Awaiting review: writing and final approvals
  • Ready to publish: approved and ready to go
  • Scheduled: on your publishing calendar
  • Published: content shared with your audience
  • Pending reviews: lists content waiting for your approval or recording. Click View all to see everything, or Create post to start a new one.
  • This week shows the current week and your time zone. Under Up next, you’ll see your next scheduled posts. Click View calendar or Open calendar to open the full calendar.
  • Content campaigns let you give your team a recurring assignment. Campaigns create the content, and channel queues publish it at your saved posting times. Click Manage campaigns or View channel queues to open either.
  • Post ideas opens your saved ideas so you can manage them.

Step 4: Account Menu (bottom-left)

Click your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu to open Account settings, Billing & credits, API & MCP, and Sign out.

That’s it. Next is Setting up Your Workspace
