The Calendar shows your content on the days and times it publishes. You can look at your week, find a post, and add content to the schedule from one page.
Connect a channel and set your posting times first, because the Calendar shows content for your connected channels. If you haven’t, see Connecting Your Channels and Posting Times.
How to Get There
From the left-hand menu, click Publishing to expand it, then click Calendar. You can also open it from the View calendar link in the This week card on the Content overview page.

What’s on the Page
The Calendar opens on the current period, with today’s date marked by a dark circle. It has these parts:
- Previous and next arrows: move the calendar back or forward one period.
- Date heading: shows the month and year you’re viewing
- Today: jumps back to the current date.
- Week: a dropdown that sets how the calendar is displayed. The calendar opens in Week view which you can switch to monthly.
- Find a post: a search box for finding a post by name.
- Filter button: the sliders icon beside the search box.
- Add content: a button for adding content to the calendar.
- Calendar grid: a column for each day, Monday to Sunday, with the date at the top of each one.

Step 1: Choose What to View
Use the arrows to move between weeks, or click Today to return to the current one. Use the Week dropdown to change the view.
Step 2: Read a Post on the Calendar
Each post appears on the day it is published, as a small card. A card shows:
- A thumbnail of the post
- A status dot
- The channel icon (for example, Instagram or Facebook)
- The posting time.
- The start of the post’s title
If the same content goes to more than one channel, it shows as a separate card for each channel. In the example, one post appears twice on Tuesday at 08:00, once for Instagram and once for Facebook.
Step 3: Find a Post
Click Find a post and type part of the post’s name. Use the filter button beside it to narrow what the calendar shows.
Step 4: Add Content to the Calendar
- Click Add content at the top right of the page. A window called Choose content opens.
- Find your content in the list. Use Search content to look for it by name. Each item shows:
- Its title and content type, such as Carousel or Image post
- Its date, time, and channels, if it has been scheduled
- A status label: Ready to publish, Published, or Cancelled
- Click an item to open it.
- To make something new instead, click Create content and choose a type from the dropdown.
The list shows how many items there are and which page you’re on, for example “3 items · Page 1 of 1.” Use the arrows at the bottom right to move between pages. To leave without choosing anything, click the X at the top right of the window.

What the Status Labels Mean
- Ready to publish: the content is approved and waiting to be scheduled or published.
- Published: the content has gone out to your channels.
- Cancelled: the content will not be published.
You’ll also see these counts on the Content overview page, along with Awaiting review and Scheduled.
Why This Matters
The Calendar gives you one view of everything you have going out and when. Check it at the start of the week to spot gaps, confirm posts are on the right channels, and add content where your schedule is thin.
