- First of all, prepare a CSV file using the provided template with correct schedule times and post details.
- Ensure media URLs and channel IDs are correctly formatted and mapped before uploading.
- Use the editing feature to fix any errors in the CSV data before importing posts.

Step 1: From your Social Growth Engine dashboard, click "Social Campaigns"
- Click "All Posts"
- Click "New Bulk Post"



Step 2: Downloading the CSV file template
The first step in the bulk upload process is to download the CSV file.

Step 3: Once you've downloaded the CSV file template, you'll want to fill it in with your intended posts for your channel.
Add your posts to the CSV file, ensuring they follow the format below.

N/B: When uploading posts in bulk via CSV, images must use a direct image URL. You’ll also need to make sure the file is visible to anyone with the link.
Step 4: How to get a direct image URL using Google Drive.
- Upload your image to Google Drive.
- Right-click the image and select Get link.
- Under General access, change to Anyone with the link.
- Copy the file ID from the URL (the long string of letters and numbers).
Step 5: Once you are done, import the CSV File.
- Click "Import Posts"
