The Smart Media Library is where you store, organize, and generate the media MarketingBlocks uses for your content your own uploaded photos and videos, plus B-roll generated with AI.

How to Get There

From the left-hand menu, go to My Brand - Smart Media Library.

What You'll See

The library opens to a searchable grid of your media:

• Search by title or category - find media quickly by keyword.
• Filters - narrow down what's shown.
• Generate media - create new B-roll with AI.
• Upload media - add your own photos or videos.

Each media card shows a thumbnail, an AI-generated title and description, a category tag (e.g. "Authority & Setup," "Lifestyle & Outcome"), and the file size/type. Click the ⋮ menu on any card to Edit, Preview, or Delete it.

Uploading Your Own Media

1. Click Upload media.
2. Drag and drop your files, or click Choose file to browse.
3. Supports JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBP, HEIC, MP4, MOV, WEBM, M4V, AVI up to 10 files at once, images ≤ 50MB, videos ≤ 200MB.
4. Once selected, your files appear under Uploaded Media. Click Proceed.
5. MarketingBlocks analyzes your media and automatically generates a title, description, and category for each file. You'll see a progress indicator (e.g. "Analyzing 5 of 5 media files").
6. When processing completes, review each file: you can edit the Title, Description, Category, and for images with a person in them the Face Position (e.g. Upper third), which helps MarketingBlocks place overlays and text correctly around faces later.
7. Click Save and finish setup to add the media to your library.

Generating B-Roll Media with AI

If you don't have your own footage, you can generate B-roll directly:

1. Click Generate media.
2. Under Use My Image, choose your Digital Twin image if you want the B-roll to feature your own clone, or leave as None for generic B-roll.
3. Choose a Media Type:

• Image - generates image B-rolls only.
• Video - generates both image and video B-rolls at once.

1. Choose a Generation Mode:

• Fast Mode - generates immediately.
• Review First - pauses for your review before finishing.

1. Under Choose Presets, select up to 5 style presets to guide what the generated B-roll looks like.
2. Generate - the finished media is saved directly into your Smart Media Library.

Why This Matters

Workflows like B-Roll Reel and Talking Reel pull footage straight from your Smart Media Library instead of generating new B-roll every time. This saves credits and keeps your content visually consistent. Build your library once, then reuse it across as many posts as you need.
